Following the trend for healthy and conscious nutrition, our professionals have developed additives that meet the most demanding requirements.

Our products for shashlik are E-free and consist of natural components.
Meat is not injected, but almost cooked at home. The technological process consists of brining (15% to the meat mass), which is tumbled.
It is recommended to add in the tumbler in 4 parts cut onion.

Thanks to the shelf life used (Safe STAR liquid E-free), the safety in the fresh end product is guaranteed.
