Tragic loss

 

We regret to inform you that on 30 April a wonderful person, the founder of HOLKOF GmbH, Ernest Hollerer, suddenly passed away. 

 

Ernest devoted his whole life to his vocation - meat processing. He was known as a professional who could explain complicated processes in simple words and ignited joy through his unconventional solutions and constant enthusiasm.

 

His loved ones knew him as a loving husband and father, and his friends shared his passion for car and motorcycle travel. In recent years, he actively participated in car trips dedicated to the friendship between Russia and Austria-Germany.

 

HOLKOF's founding on May 7, 2014 brought together specialists who had known him for many years. In 10, 15 and even 20 years of working together, they learned to understand each other perfectly. Ernest and Anastasia Petrova, his right hand, have been sharing the responsibility of being in charge of the company for several years now.
